This Privacy Policy describes how Hodgins Real Estate LLC (Daniel Hodgins, REALTOR® with eXp Realty), also operating as Sierra Dream Homes ("we," "us"), collects and uses information in connection with our websites and our business communications program, including outreach to licensed real estate professionals regarding the USA Homebids platform.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Professional contact information of licensed real estate agents and brokers — name, brokerage, business phone, business email, and active listing details — gathered from publicly available sources such as multiple listing services, listing portals, brokerage websites, and professional directories. Information you provide to us during phone conversations, text conversations, emails, or event registrations — contact preferences, questions, and scheduling details. Communication records — logs, recordings, and transcriptions of calls and messages with us, used for accuracy, training, and record-keeping.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
To conduct business communication with real estate professionals; to respond to inquiries, schedule webinars or meetings you request, and send follow-up information you ask for; to honor opt-out requests and maintain our internal do-not-call and do-not-text lists; and to maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.
TEXT MESSAGING (SMS) PRIVACY
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
